Health & Wellness (Williamson)

As we get older it seems we get less and less active in our daily activities, mostly because of the fact that we don't work everyday so that leaves a lot of free time, and without the daily routine of work and the exercise involved in whatever we do that makes our health suffer a little bit an overall well-being, with the good weather here now being summer it's good to get out and do things to keep active keep busy and keep healthy, anybody agree?
