Up for your consideration is a very special Grand Piano for those who appreciate quality and value. This piano is for the serious artist who appreciates the best.
This Piano was manufactured in 1978 in Shigeru Japan . The piano is described as a "Semi Concert Grand". The Length is 7' 4" inches. The finish is a high-gloss, and the piano bench is an Adjustable Artist's Bench.
History.
I am the second owner of this piano, and I purchased it from "Bernard Comsky, Dealer Exclusively in Artist Pianos" in Los Angeles on January 30, 1981. The Model Number is a "KG-6C. Since the piano was in my possession, it has always been in a controlled environment, and has always had a humidity control installed on it. The piano has
been located in Newhall CA, Auburn CA, and Oak Ridge Tennessee. The Piano has always been tuned, never been subjected to direct sunlight, and never been placed on an outside wall
the piano is in excellent condition, and has never had any repairs made to it. The use has been low, and the piano shows as new.
Kaiwa no longer makes this model, KG-6C but the model number they make now is only 7'0" long and retails for $80,095.00 and that does not include an adjustable bench.
I have included numerous photos for your examination. There is one, very small chip on the edge of the lid of the piano which is not visible unless you know where to look for it.
The piano includes the original sales brochure, the original sales receipt, the latest tuning receipt, and the original keys that lock the lid.
The price for this piano is set to sell at $18,500 dollars, and the price is firm. The buyer is responsible for moving the piano to its final destination.
Should you have any questions, or require any additional photos, please ask.
